TransportYours is a digital logistics marketplace that connects drivers with available vehicle space to people and businesses that need to transport goods across Europe and the United Kingdom. TransportYours collects information that you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the platform, and limited information from trusted third-party services. We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform, enable transport transactions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. This includes account information (name, email, phone, password, account role), profile information (photo, language, vehicle details), transport request and trip information, offer and deal details, in-platform messages and images, reviews and ratings, and customer support communications.
When using the platform we may automatically collect device information (browser type, operating system, device type), usage data (pages visited, features used, login activity), location information (pickup/delivery locations, approximate IP-based location — we do not continuously track GPS in the background), authentication data, and security and fraud prevention data including IP addresses and device fingerprint information.
We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, identity verification, and security. Payment providers process transaction and billing information — we do not store full payment card details. Identity verification services may provide verification results and fraud risk indicators. Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise processes IP address, device information, and interaction patterns for security purposes only.
We process personal data to create and manage user accounts, match drivers with senders, enable communication between users, process transport transactions, send service notifications, prevent fraud, provide customer support, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. TransportYours does not use automated profiling or targeted advertising.
We share personal data only when necessary. When a deal is created, senders may see driver name, photo, rating, and vehicle information; drivers may see sender name, photo, rating, and delivery details. Email addresses, passwords and IP addresses are never shared with other users. We work with trusted cloud hosting, payment, security, and analytics providers who must follow GDPR standards. We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising.
TransportYours primarily operates within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is processed outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are used such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account data is retained until account deletion. Transport listings are kept up to 2 years. Transaction records are kept up to 7 years. Chat messages are kept up to 2 years. Security logs are kept for 90 days. Support requests are kept up to 2 years. Expired data is securely deleted or anonymized.
TransportYours uses industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication systems, encrypted data storage, access control restrictions, and continuous monitoring.
Users in the European Union have the right to access their personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete their data, restrict processing, receive a portable copy of their data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to info@transportyours.com. We respond within 30 days.
Users may delete their account at any time. When deleted: profile information is removed, transport listings are removed, messages are deleted, reviews remain anonymized, and transaction records may be retained where required by law. Deletion is permanent.
We use essential cookies (required for login, security, and navigation), analytics cookies (aggregated usage data to improve the platform), functional cookies (language and UI preferences), and marketing cookies (campaign effectiveness, with your consent). Users can manage preferences through our Cookie Consent Banner. Disabling certain cookies may affect some platform features.
TransportYours uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect the platform from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect IP address, device information, and interaction behavior for security purposes. This data is processed according to Google's privacy policies.
TransportYours is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered we will delete the account immediately.
TransportYours may not be used to transport illegal or restricted goods. Prohibited items include illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, stolen goods, counterfeit products, dangerous chemicals, and items prohibited by law in the origin or destination country. Users are responsible for ensuring transported goods comply with applicable laws. TransportYours may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes occur, users may be notified through email or in-app notifications. The Last Updated date indicates the most recent revision.
