By creating an account or using TransportYours ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TransportYours.
To use TransportYours, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, provide accurate and truthful information during registration, and not have been previously banned from the Platform.
TransportYours is a digital marketplace that connects senders with drivers who already have available space in their vehicle. TransportYours provides the technology to connect, communicate, and arrange deliveries. TransportYours does not transport goods and does not act as a carrier. TransportYours is not a shipping company, courier service, logistics carrier, party to delivery agreements, employer of drivers, customs broker, or guarantor of delivery outcomes. All transport agreements are made directly between senders and drivers.
Drivers and senders using TransportYours act as independent users of the platform. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship between TransportYours and any user. Each user is solely responsible for their actions, behavior, and compliance with applicable laws.
When creating an account you agree to: provide accurate and complete information, keep login credentials secure, not share your account with others, not create multiple accounts, update profile information when necessary, and notify TransportYours immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. By uploading a profile photo you confirm you have the right to use it and photos must not be offensive, misleading, or depict another person without consent.
TransportYours may implement verification measures such as email, phone, identity document, and selfie verification. However, TransportYours does not guarantee the identity, reliability, or trustworthiness of any user. Users interact with others at their own risk.
Senders agree to accurately describe all items, provide correct pickup and delivery details, only request transport of legal items, respond promptly to drivers, confirm delivery honestly, and follow customs and legal regulations. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance, ensure their vehicle is safe and roadworthy, only accept legally transportable items, handle goods with reasonable care, and deliver according to agreed terms. Drivers must not open, tamper with, or use items being transported. Drivers are encouraged to inspect items before accepting. All users must communicate respectfully, provide truthful information, follow applicable laws, and report suspicious or illegal activity.
The following may not be transported: illegal drugs or narcotics, weapons, firearms, ammunition or explosives, hazardous or toxic materials, stolen goods, counterfeit products, human remains, child exploitation material, dangerous chemicals, or any items prohibited by law. Restricted items (e.g. prescription medication, alcohol, tobacco, food, electronics with lithium batteries, plants) may require permits or legal declarations. Users are responsible for ensuring items comply with all applicable laws. TransportYours does not inspect transported goods.
A delivery agreement between users is a Deal. Typical process: sender publishes a transport request, driver offers to transport the item, sender accepts the offer, a deal is created, users communicate through the platform, driver picks up and transports the item, delivery is completed, users may leave reviews.
TransportYours operates on a subscription model for drivers. Drivers pay a subscription fee to access the platform and connect with senders. Senders use the platform free of charge. TransportYours does not charge commissions on deliveries. Payment for deliveries is arranged directly between drivers and senders. TransportYours does not process or control payments between users.
After a delivery is completed users may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and factual, must not contain abusive or illegal content, and must not manipulate ratings. TransportYours may remove reviews that violate these rules.
Users must not send spam or promotional messages, harass or threaten other users, share illegal content, or attempt to bypass platform systems fraudulently.
TransportYours operates internationally. Users are responsible for customs declarations, import duties and taxes, compliance with import/export regulations, and obtaining necessary permits. TransportYours does not provide customs or legal advice.
All platform content including the TransportYours name, logo, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants TransportYours a license to display and store it for platform operation.
TransportYours is not responsible for loss or damage of transported goods, delivery delays, customs seizures or fines, fraud or misconduct by users, disputes between users, or illegal transport activities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransportYours' liability is limited to the amount paid by a user to the platform in the previous 12 months.
TransportYours shall not be liable for delays or failure of the platform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or conflict, government actions, border closures, internet outages, power failures, or labor strikes. During such events the platform may be temporarily unavailable.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TransportYours, its employees, partners, and affiliates from claims or damages resulting from use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, items transported through the platform, or disputes between users.
TransportYours may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, fraudulent or illegal activity occurs, prohibited items are transported, repeated complaints are received, safety concerns arise, or subscription payments are not made.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through the platform messaging system. TransportYours may offer mediation assistance but does not guarantee resolution.
TransportYours may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between users and TransportYours regarding the use of the platform.
